• Seasonal pond is unfenced; not suitable for swimming or wading
• Property sleeps 8; maximum occupancy is 8 guests
• Self check-in via smart lock — check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM

• No 3rd-Party Bookings: Booking person must be present the entire stay.
• 10pm Quiet Time: City Noise Ordinance, lowered voices

CAMERAS & NOISE MONITOR 🛡️
Your privacy and safety are important to us. The property features exterior security cameras with views of the front entrance, driveway, side parking, and rear entrances. There is a noise monitor located on the upper deck that reports loud noises only. Absolutely no recording of audio or conversations is enabled, and no cameras have views of the interior through doors or windows. The cameras do not cover the upper deck, so you can enjoy full privacy there. Please do not tamper with or block the security cameras.
